  • @A.J.S as an (almost) life-long resident of Scarborough I will choose to take your comments as a compliment. I enjoy the relaxed, multi-cultural and decidedly non-yuppie neighbourhoods of Scarborough. People are actually "real" here and not the overblown, full-0f-themselves, over-leveraged people that populate the rest of the City. I happen to really enjoy this Starbucks, in fact its the only Starbucks that I will go to. The people are nice, the coffee is really good and they seem to be the only outlet that will not go out of their way to correct you if you refuse to order using their lingo. It is also a bonus that there are no 40+year old parents of really young children with 1,000 dollar strollers & nannies blocking access to all the tables...cough...cough..beaches location...cough...cough......
