  • I'm with Nicole C here. I visited the Babies R Us at this location on the weekend. What a nightmare. It's super difficult to find items that are on people's baby registries. Once you find them, and line up at the cashier, the cashier is unable to remove the items from the registry, you need to stand in the customer service line to get that done. The staff are helpful once you get a hold of one, but the clientele who frequent this location seem to be lacking in manners. I waited for various staff for over an hour. I guess I wasn't aggressive enough to get help.
