Insofar as major convention centers go in big cities, this one is rather good. I liked the art I saw during my visit, I found the escalators to be in good repair, and I found that the amenities in the conference rooms were great.
Our convention did suffer a major power outage in one of our general sessions so that was unfortunate and it was occasionally annoying for some folks (especially those who have reduced mobility) to have to traipse around between buildings across connecting bridges and otherwise. The area is tourism central and this convention center couldn't be better located if one wants to see the sights of Toronto including the CN Tower among other major attractions.
Convention center food was average when compared to other convention centers. The restrooms were fine. And the amount of space available was outstanding. You can even stay at a connected hotel if you so choose or need one for a convention or conference or event.
