Are you Kidding me!!! I had my alternator replaced from Store #16 back in Sept 2017. - I was driving 4 days ago ( Jan 6, 2018) and all of a sudden the car stopped working and driving very slow. - i called Store #16 and let them know my HUM device said that it was a alternator fail. He asked me where i was. I told him i was at McClintock and Elliot- He said great go to that store the alternator is still in warranty. - He called and let them know the issue. They took the Range Rover in and diagnosed a few issues that took a bit of time but they found the problem and traced it to a faulty alternator = They replaced the alternator and battery that died in the process. I came to pick up the car and they said that the repair was taken care of -and there was no charge. I assume that the warranty took care of the alternator but the battery, they comped. I cannot believe this. Thank you Chris and Mark at Store #3. Chris told me that Sun Devil Auto is a family owned business and each store will take care of you the same. They have linked computers that know your history, which makes things very cool to get work done at other locations. I have taken my Land Rover D2, my Jeep Wrangler, Buick Enclave, my steps son's Blazar, my Range Rover and now my step daughters Saturn SUV. I am thankful for their service and the help they have done for my family.
