  • This certainly isn't the worst airport I've been in, but I can't rank it among the better airports I've been to. Arriving was like navigating a maze. Well, I guess I should start by saying that it's a good hike to get from the plane to the Baggage Claim area. There definitely were times where we thought, "Are we going the right way?" So, just know you're going the right direction. Second, the Customs agents in this airport are the worst. Not friendly and it's almost like they get off on wondering how rude they can be. Not that I'm expecting a welcome wagon or anything, but, I don't know, maybe some eye contact to acknowledge that I'm a human being. Third, the restrooms near the Baggage Claim are bad. Generally, I hate using airport restrooms and this one proves my point. The overall Baggage Claim area was fine. I appreciated that it was a pretty big area so there weren't a large group of people huddled up and pushing and shoving for bags. Now, leaving the airport was pretty confusing because the signs point to every where. Or, at least that's what it felt like. I'd like to think I'm a pretty smart person, but even I got confused. There's free Wifi and an Urgent Care on site. That's the only kicker here.
