This is surprisingly inspired and delicious food in an airport. The restaurant is true to its roots and the passion is evident in even the "simplest" dishes. The quesadilla borracha and empanizado del mar are great starts; we do the tacos with fish or shrimp every time we travel through. The only downside is the prices, which are to be expected in an airport meal--they're no reflection on the restaurant.
Staff are friendly and food is relatively quick; if you have angst about time, order to-go at the side bar.
