  • Yesterday marked the closing of a two month saga to purchase a multi family unit property here in Las Vegas. I have used other agents in the past, but decided to give Eloff a try based on his Yelp reviews, and my ongoing desire to find exceptional service. In my opinion, Eloff and his team have earned every rating on here. After we got the property under contract, we learned very quickly that the seller and his agent were not at all organized and were not going to make this transition happen smoothly. We had to overcome hurdle after hurdle to get inspections and due diligence accomplished for this horribly mismanaged property. But we did it! This transaction could have easily been derailed on several occasions, but I think Eloff's strength is that he doesn't operate alone, but as part of an experienced and well run team. We closed yesterday, and Eloff has definitely earned my future business. I would like to give a special thanks to Gary, who worked his butt off throughout the process to make sure things were properly accomplished and for keeping the stress off of my shoulders. Thank you Gary!
