  • Our property management company hired Wall to Wall to clean the carpet in our rental home after we vacated the property. I received the invoice and was taken aback by the high price since I felt the carpet was left in very good condition. I called my property manager to discuss my concerns and was then contacted directly by Sam, the owner of Wall to Wall. We discussed the pricing and the situation and came to an understanding. Sam agreed to refund a portion of my money that both him and I felt was fair. Although I cannot speak on the quality of the cleaning, I must commend an honest business man that wants to do right by his customers. Sam cares very much for his customers and did the right thing. Since they run special promotions that are more reasonably priced for me, I will highly consider using his company in the future for my own needs to support a fair small business owner!
