  • I was a little concerned because the reviews here seemed either amazing or awful, but I also figure that's because we're talking about our fur/ feather babies, so people are understandably pretty emotional. Went for the first time today. The staff were friendly and caring. Dr. Luckwaldt knew exactly what the problem was, didn't do a bunch of invasive, stressful and potentially costly procedures before first trying a medication to fix the problem. I was taught how to help my little feathered friend keep clean until she is feeling better, and how to give her the medication she was prescribed. Had a hundred questions for Dr. Luckwaldt and he took his time to answer and explain the pros and cons of everything. Told a friend of mine who also has a parrot how much I was charged and she said that was a great price (I don't have anything to compare it to personally).
