  • We had used NGDS in 2014 to give our garage door a tune-up and balancing. Chris had impressed us then, so we called NGDS when our compression spring broke late on a Saturday night. It had lasted 12 years... I called the number about 10PM, not really expecting to reach anyone, but they answered and had Chris at our home 9 AM on Sunday morning - no extra charge! He replaced the springs in under 30 minutes. GREAT JOB!
