I've been to Postino Central once when I was visiting Phoenix. I really liked the very eclectic feel of the restaurant. From the outside you imagine the inside will be very modern with clean lines and relaxing colors. I may be a sucker for large double-sider bars where one side is inside and the other is outside.
As you walk in to their inside dining room, there is a medium size wine collection in racks surrounded by tables to one side. I think they could find a less space consuming way to house these wines by they are still a unique way to look at them. They also have a great selection of beers both local and domestic.
My friend and I got the cheese and meat platter as well as a pizza. Everything was to die for. My mouth still waters and its been over 10 months. Although this place is a bit off the beaten track, if you have a car it's a must for travelers. Gives a perspective of Arizona architecture that may other places cannot take advantage of.
