  • When it came to find financing for my vehicle, Ken Pittman went above and beyond to find a lender to fit my needs. Unfortunately, that's where the customer service ended. Each day thereafter, as issues arose with my vehicle, that's when the evasiveness took over. I was told Mr. Pittman was never in the office and have yet to hear from him regarding my poor experience. Of the many items listed, only 2 items would be fixed by Pittman Automotive. I'm not sure how the "inspection" missed items like the door not closing correctly, headlight being held up by speaker wire and electrical tape, 6 out of the 8 front bumper clips are missing or broken, and a moon roof that severely leaked water when taken through a car wash, just to name a few. It's been about a month and a half since my unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, the list of problems keeps growing. Let's just say, Liberty GMC on Bell Rd has earned a lot of my business. Lesson learned on my part. I stayed away from the sub-standard auto lots in South Phx, but it turns out I received the same low level service and auto auction experience.... I do not recommend purchasing ANY vehicles from Pittman Automotive.
