  • There is a particular person that makes me want to run away when I see her come to my work and her name is Denise.I work in a place were she occasionally delivers the mail to my company and she is rude as they come. She sits outside of our building talking on her phone for 10 minutes and is blocking the entry way for customers. Denise comes into the building talking very loud on her phone with her friends and she does not say one word to anyone just gives nasty stares. I always try to be as polite as possible but she is too nasty to deal with. I have tried contacting a manager but the lines are always an hour wait or the phone won't even ring.
