  • My review is about the service department. Let me start of by saying that I live ALL the way in Henderson passed college and 95. When I initially called dodge, it was for the one in the valley auto mall because onviously it was closer. But the lady who answered the phone for the service department was incredibly rude to me. So i just decided to go to this one. I made my appointment for the same day online and arrive 20 minutes early. They took me in and evaluated my car on the spot. I was there for a half hour maybe less. Right away he (his name was Anthony) checked my car in and got me set up with enterprise for a rental. I waited longer for the rental than i did at dodge. They communicated with me the entire time my car was there and i was extremely satisfied with everything they did. From now on I will be making the extra drive if possible just to make sure my car goes there. Excellent service by far. Thanks so much!
