I attended the Practical Series, 24 week program and must say it was terrific. As a retired man who has always had interest in food and cooking, I never considered myself capable enough to be really independent in the kitchen apart from the basics. I came away from the program feeling that I now understood enough about techniques and many nuances of food preparation that I can prepare meals without recipes and that I can be more creative in the kitchen.
The Chef is not only very talented with a wealth of experience, but he has a way of teaching that is entertaining and challenging--all the traits I am looking for in a good instructor. I cannot recommend this program more highly to anyone who loves food and wants to learn more about it.
