  • I went here for a massage as I have insurance cover that. I was here on time. But after I checked in, the reception told me she canceled the appointment because she called me and i didn't pick it up. But I never receive any call, she was just dialling the the wrong number and I gave her the right one. Then she asked me if I wanna a facial treatment without letting me know it is not covered by insurance, I don't wanna come in vain and I said ok. After I had it and gonna pay for it she told me it is not covered by the insurance. I paid and I said I will call my insurance and ask. After I called, my insurance told me to send them something and they gonna evaluate. So I went back and ask for a receipt or something, but again the reception told me it is not covered and she doesn't admit that she didn't let me know in advance. But the fact is that if I know it is not covered, I would never pay $140 to just get rid of one layer of my skin. What a rip off!
