  • Terrible! I went ahead of time to make an appointment for alterations but when I arrived the store said I had no appointment. Not a big issue but... After the second appointment was made, the seamstress said the item would take 1 week. It has been almost 3 weeks with no update. I don't mind waiting at all but some type of notification would be helpful as I had intended to wear it for an event.
