  • Appt time 2:15pm. Takes 45 mins to drive from home. Got caught in traffic even though we avoided the freeway. Called and said I'd be 10-15 minutes late. She said checked with supervisor and said it would be okay but I'd have to wait. No problem I said. Got there 2:30pm. When I checked in she said I missed my appointment and I said I called and said I'd be late. She checked with her supervisor who said she would have to reschedule my appointment. WTH!! How many times has your doctor made you wait cuz they were running late? Most times we're early and have to wait anyway. Damned if I do and damned if I don't! I'm usually early for my appointments. Well I hope they don't make me wait when I go back on Tuesday. I'll be sure I'm there on time and I expect to walk in to see my doctor at 5pm and hopefully not wait in the room for 1/2 hour cuz they're running late. Maybe they were more interested in starting their thanksgiving weekend than accommodating their patients who are in pain.
