Once again if you have an issue and ask to speak to the manager, they say "we don't have one but we have a district manager who can call you." It's been over a week and still no call. I can't stand Delia's yet I try and give them benefit of the doubt every time. They are HORRIBLE and you can't trust a dry cleaner that doesn't advertise their prices anywhere online or in the store. I'm telling every customer to STAY AWAY. Their customer service is horrible!
