| - Bad service at this location.
Preface: went in mid-afternoon, there was no line and only 3 people eating in the dining room, so no reason to have provided us with better service.
My friend and I went in and were discussing what each one of us would order right in front of the cashier. Not that she needed to eavesdrop, but she should have been aware or attentive enough to realize that we were each ordering something.
My friend ordered first. Right after the cashier took their order, she left to start making it. we tried to call her back, but she just carried on at the grill. We literally stood at the register for at least 5 minutes, I saw her glancing up a couple of times - didn't think to wonder why we were still standing there, staring at her? Good customer service would have been to ask if we needed anything else, but this did not happen. We were fed up, and my friend just wanted a refund for the meal instead... not that any team members or manager were coming over to help us.
Finally, a different team member noticed us waiting and came over. We told him about how I was never able to place my order and that my friend just wanted a refund. He tried to tell me he could make it right then and there, but we just wanted to leave. He gave my friend a PARTIAL refund, which my friend noticed after we left.. and I have not returned since. I believe my friend made a comment on the actual website of Fatburger, but not sure what occurred after (if anything even occurred). Buuut as for me, I won't be returning to this location.
