  • DO NOT rent here. Monica and Angee are by far the worst people I have ever meant. They will not help with anything but will allow your neighbors to harass you and then threaten to evict you for no reason when you are the person being harassed. Then when you move out they invent hundreds of dollars of "damages" but provide no proof or receipts when asked. This was a great complex until Greystar bought it and Monica became the manager. The apartments have broken items that they are not willing to fix and I had a terrible bug problem the entire time I live here with sewer roaches and ants. Also the rent if very high for what you are getting. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. Otherwise you will be spending a lot of money for a cheap, bug infested place with rude employees.
