  • I have been going to this location and others since they opened. Their CS was awesome until recently. What happened to the fun, happy go lucky crews that were there before? They made the place. The only thing that turns me off is when they began going out to cars with the CC machine and hand you it so they could guilt you into giving them a tip. Thats just classless and I quit tipping then because they also tell you how much you are gonna tip. Huh? Now, even more classless? They hand you the machine at the window. I hardly go at all because of that now. It isnt about the tip, its about the GUILTING of people out of money by putting us on the spot and having the nerve to then demand a certain amount or more. WTH? It really put me off and people I know, so our visits have slowed to a near stop. Put the tip jar back up and let people give what they can when they can without pressure.
