  • Encountered a bait and switch from their technicians and was upsold on the entire process. Advertisements of ~$60 for 4 rooms is a fabrication. They dumped dirty water down our sinks and left marks all over the house. Never any attempt to rectify this. Indeed, based on the F rating from the Better Business Bureau and the 60 complaints in the last 3 years (http://www.bbb.org/southern-nevada/business-reviews/carpet-and-rug-cleaners/silver-state-carpet-care-in-las-vegas-nv-81303) swindling consumers is a great business model for them.
