  • Do not rent from this company. Their managers are ALWAYS busy, I've only once received a call back, and I moved out almost a month ago. Any issues with the house took DAYS to get in touch (and we had an air handler go out) and it was always "call the warranty company. Oh you don't know it? Give me another day and I'll get it to you." And then, I gave them 2 weeks to get even an itemized listing of our deductions and they would ONLY respond through text messages. I'd never get a call back, and THEN I'm told the landlord will mail it out. It's been a week since then. I luckily have the landlords number and call him directly. He had no idea I even moved out or how much my deposit was AND he said the management company was responsible for that. These people don't know what they're doing. They never have answers for renters, and they rarely call back. So glad to be out of that rental.
