The customer service in the Tea and bakery section is HORRENDOUS - the women that work there have terrible attitudes and give sass every time i am there
I have had bad experiences in the past but finally had it today with the attitude and customer service from the drink women
At 12:10 (during the huge lunch rush) i ordered two teas and went to get straws from the stand and there werent any - so i went and asked the women who made my teas for straws and she directed me to go to the back of the store and get my own straws from the other food/ drink section. Interesting someone didnt run back there and get straws for their paying customers when they noticed they were out
After i finished my lunch i went to buy EIGHT more teas for my work team - as i went to check out she again instructed me to go get my own straws - which were now out in that section as well. I told her they were out back there and to please get me the straws for my drinks to which she snapped back "well we must be out of straws in the whole store"
OUT OF STRAWS IN THE WHOLE STORE???? they knew about this for an hour now and did nothing to get new straws. for an entire hour they were selling people teas without telling them of the lack of straws and THEN sending them on their way
They were so incredibly rude to every person who asked for a straw and did not provide the customer service expected at an upscale expensive store in Paradise Valley.
When the Manager asked what was going on he had no idea there was ever a shortage of straws?
