| - We had an excellent experience here! Not our favorite place to enjoy a steak in Las Vegas, but definitely in the top 3. This place is worth a visit!
What we got:
- Bone marrow flan- SO GOOD... creamy, rich, decadent bone marrow flavor. I don't like bone marrow and I LOVED this dish.
- Japanese Pure Wagyu, Miyazaki Prefecture (Ribeye)- Super tasty cut of meat... our only complaint (which was quickly remedied by staff AND the manager came to make sure everything was sorted out) was that it was over seasoned. I am one that believes that if I am eating a steak of this caliber, it does not need any seasoning... let the beautiful meat speak for itself! It literally melts in your mouth... so delicious... and reasonably priced compared to the other Wagyu in LV ($30 per ounce).
- Wild Field Mushrooms & Shishito Peppers- we were personally not fans of this side (a bit too saucy)... but we did get a "lucky" spicy shishito pepper!
- Cavatappi Pasta "Mac & Cheese"- pretty freaking good mac and cheese... highly recommend!!
- Grass Fed, Tasmania, Australia Aged 28 Days- this was my steak. Pretty yummy!
Bread service is odd- you don't get a traditional bread basket, rather, you get individual pieces of bread delivered to your table once you finish each piece. You get to choose from pretzel bread (yum!), pumpernickel, focaccia and another type that I do not recall. Butter served with the bread is super creamy and delicious!
Overall thoughts: Service was outstanding. We really appreciate the servers and the manager making it right in regards to the steak that we got. We got complimentary dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary that night. Cocktails were excellent as well.
