  • I like this place, it's genius! And the Genius-es there are pretty cool too! We went there straight from the airport, with a broken phone. We waited less than 10 minutes, and then we were given a two-hour time to get our phone fixed. So we had time to lounge around and look for products, and observe employees; they were all really well-mannered, and professional. We had walked out to the mall for a cup of coffee, and then we were summoned that our phone was ready. A $164 dollars later, we got our phone back, it was like new! Glass fixed, functioning, and a new safety cover. All under two hours, in a busy mall, on a Friday. Compared to our local Apple store in Los Angeles, this was a breeze- it makes you want to fly to Vegas to get your products fixed! Not bad, not bad at all!
