  • I've been to this location a few times for minor colds/sinus issues and a work physical. Once you get to the back, the customer service is exceptional. With that being said, the front desk receptionist has a terrible attitude and quite frankly shouldn't be in a customer service position at all. During my first experience with her, I figured I may have just caught her on a bad day...sadly I was wrong as each time I've been back I get the same treatment. Even when calling to follow up on some test results, I get the impression that I'm bothering her. Based on the reception experience alone, I will not be back.
