  • Do not rent from this apartment complex. Hector and Debbie in the office are crooks. They nickle and dime you to death and try to go back on your account months later and make up fees you owe to get more money from you. They will not refund your deposit. Was a model tenant, never late on our rent...and even though the law states you only have to give a 30 day notice to vacant, this apartment required 60 and they will force you to pay even if you vacant the property. STAY AWAY. You will regret renting from this place and the office people are terrible to work with.
