  • The apartments seem nice, however the customer service I received is why this place only gets one star. My friend and I came by for a tour last week and met with the leasing agent Jennifer. Because we had other apartments to see that day our main focus was to see the floor model. We should have been in and out within 30 minutes, however we spent over two hours there. She spent so much time talking that it took over and hour to see the floor model. And she was rude to me! I told my friend I liked a certain unit and Jennifer asked me if I would be "paying her rent." Well I wasn't speaking to you so no reason for you to chime in. At that point I'd already explained to her that we would most likely be moving in together. How rude of a comment to make. She was very condescending and overall just made the experience so unpleasant. I also hate when people waste my time and don't pay attention to my needs. We really just came to get prices and see the floor model. Overall as a renter I just couldn't see us living here. We ended up applying to Elysian west and Level 25 both of which had great customer service and got us in and out. We decided on Level 25 and couldn't be happier!
