  • I have't had them do any work for me yet, but already not impressed. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from, unless they've just completely dropped the ball with me. I've left them several messages AND emailed them, but no one could bother calling me back. Finally got a hold of someone and the lady on the phone clearly knew I've been calling because when I gave her my name, she asked if I had called the previous day. I told her yes, and the day before and the day before that...No apologies or anything. I guess Ron had been out of town and she said he would call me the next day. No call...so I called again and FINALLY got Ron on the phone. He said someone would be out to my house the following week between 12 & 2. But 2pm came and went and no surprise, but no one showed up. I call them again and the lady had no idea if I was even on the books and said she'll call me back. Finally got a call back and was told someone would come out in another hour or so. I adore spending my days off waiting around for someone to not show up when they said they would. The ONLY reason why I'm even using this company is because my original pool fence was installed 11 years ago and I need one panel fixed and was told by a couple of other pool fence companies that the brand of my fence is the same brand this company uses. I can not stand the way people do business these days.
