  • My hair broke off in extreme damage after a highlighting. Stylists and staff however are nice. I've had bold color highlights before on top of my dyed black hair at other salons and breakage has never happened. I brought my concerns to the owner, and she was quite understanding and offered me a free repair service, which in this unfortunate case, meant cutting the hair OFF. They made it blend as best they could while keeping my length. Grateful for their stellar customer service with my issue.
