| - Not sure if the customer service at this location was just poor on the days I've visited or if the customer service here has actually become worse altogether over the last few years. This is the store where I first purchased my first smartphone a few years ago, and I recall the customer service being great.
However, the past 2 times I've visited, the customer service was poor. Today, I just stopped by to simply redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday deal. It was around 11 am and not busy overall. Both reps were with customers, which is understandable, no problem there. But I ended up standing there for about 15 minutes or so, without being acknowledged/greeted/or told "I'll be with you later" (which is basic customer service...) by either of the reps. Actually, one of the reps looked at me as he walked by and did not even say a word. I couldn't tell if he was casually chatting with the customer or actually doing business. I was on a tight schedule and maybe I would have ended up standing there for 30 minutes not knowing if I'd ever be helped or not, who knows.
Anyway, not wasting anymore time at this location anymore. Called the store manager, and it didn't sound like he's going to do much- I'd discourage customers from coming here.
