Terrible, terrible customer service. So I dropped off a pair of high-end (ugg-type) slippers on Aug 18. The guy had no idea what to charge me so he said he'll call me in a few days with a quote. August past, and mid-Sept I followed up as I was just going to pick them up and go somewhere else. They didn't have them. Asked to be called again, and was told they might come in on Mon. Told them I need them to call me back to confirm, as I was sick and tired of driving up to there to hear their lame stories again. I finally called again (was out of the country for two weeks but didn't get a voicemail from them about it) and was given crap from the manager for giving him a hard time!
So save you time and money and go somewhere where you can actually get the job done and be treated with respect.
