  • I rented from colony American homes for year and 8 months I had to move because of a Family passing. I Rented with other family at the house and they stayed and when they decided to move out I came back to help with clean up we painted and cleaned every nook and cranny of that house the guy from colony American homes came out said everything look good and said we'd get our deposit back week down the road when we were suppose to get it they said we owed them 1425.23 for repairs, paint and clean u. I told them we did that and the guy said it looked great. the cleaning ladies they hire to clean there house said this house was very clean and they didn't have to do much but clean the floors. colony American home put me in collection now........I will never rent from them again.. and trying to get a hold of there customer service sucks to... we had no power for 2 days I had to hire a electrician to come fix it and they did not pay me back.
