| - Tricks, scams, out of control, erratic, chaos. My first year of service with this company was uneventful. I had a predictable monthly payment of $52. Once I had made the consequential decision to sign up for a 'Bundle' service pkg with Verizon mobile, it's become the worst nightmare I've honestly ever dealt with. This bundle was presented to me as something that would be in my "benefit, my best interest", it was soon after that I realized it's a complete scam and above all, the largest money trap I've ever fallen victim to. This bundle process took 3 months of over-payment to initiate, which every time I called customer service with my concerns I was lied to, bounced around and even laughed at and told that it wasn't their problem. Each and every rep. Had a different story to tell re: protocol, process, and contracts. It honestly got to a point where I started writing my own documentation of ea. Call because NO one there does. They say they do but when asked to refer to previous C.S. History they lie to you and say that they have no access to these notes. I'm sorry, what exactly is the purpose for these notes? After 4 MONTHS of over payment meaning (separate payments) for each; my phone and Internet, once the 'bundle' took affect, I paid $276 for that "bundle" just as first months payment. I was paying LESS than that when I was being forced to pay two separate bills for these two thorns in my side. I despise century link; I've been victim to their generic way of problems solving, (their way or no way) robotically scripted "customer service", (their way of helping was to reinstate another years contract to help their sales), rude mannered "personal care", lying/thieving traps they bully you into accepting -or you pay a fat $500 fee on contract cancellation. Gotta love America and what's allowed! Worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life, thanks for the experience.
