  • Had the quarter chicken dinner and it was tasteless. The chicken was very dry the fries were undercooked and the gravy ain't like what it used to be and then to make it worse service was horrible their attitude really sucks like they don't even care about the job. I like to give waitress tips especially if there doing a good job but this time barely have nothing. Can't stand there attitude and laziness. Don't work there if you don't wanna be there. Won't be going back especially to this location ever again. Swiss Chalet used to be so much better. What happened!?!?
