Currently working on a warranty claim with Living Spaces and the process has been very frustrating and time consuming. After getting the run around on who should be handling the claim, Living Spaces or Extended Warranty company, and sending pictures to both it was finally determined it should be Living Spaces. Auto email states will hear from them in 24-48 hours after uploading pictures. 7 days later and still no response I placed a call and was told that sales was too busy so warranty department was having to assist sales. Clear that sales is more important that post sale service with that comment. Was finally able to schedule an appointment for a rep to come out and look at my damaged product and he spent about 4 minutes at my home and said ok, someone will call you within 72 hours. Now 11 days later and still no call. Reached out again and being told someone would call me by the end of the day. Asked if that would have happened without my call and phone rep said she had no idea if anyone would have reached out to me without my calling them.
Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Not sure I would ever purchase from this organization again based on this experience. Beware that if your product has any issues you may have to become a claims representative to have your claim actually processed through their organization.
