  • The dog door itself looks great, installation not so much. The guy who installed it wasn't very professional or friendly. He then broke a tile on our wall (which I am now going to hire someone else to fix and I don't have anymore of that tile!) and called it "a small boo boo" and said "it happens" and took $50 off our bill. He then merely covered up the spot with caulk and I ended up paying over $600 for that.
