  • I purchased some couches for a new build in April and had to do a special order, because I specifically wanted a cuddler. When placing my order, Jan our sales associate, asked if I was sure about size and the direction and requested that I measure and get back to her prior to placing my order. Well I did that and placed my order. Weeks later, I realized my house was built opposite direction to the model home and I realized that the couches would no longer work. I attempted to contact customer service, but was informed that couches had already been made. Upon delivery, I loved the couches, but was not happy with the direction they were facing. After a couple of days I decided to contact the store. I spoke with Brenda and she took all my information and told me she would see what she could do. I was surprised to hear back from her within the hour and she told me that she spoke with customer service and they informed her they would take back my couch and reorder the right one, for a mere fraction of the cost. It was my mistake, but they made it Right! Thank you Brenda!!
