  • I love the apartment complex and usually have no problems, however a notice was sent out 24 hrs ago saying they were coming in out apartments either Fri. Sat. Or Mon. Between 9-6 pm. When I called to request that I be home when someone comes in, if we could schedule a time they told me they would "try their best" but because the fix is mandatory, the notice covers them to go in to fix. I'm not disputing the fact that they need to replace something I would just like to be home when someone I don't know is going to be in my house and in case i am trying to get ready for work when they come I don't want to be using the shower. So just to be clear the conclusion was- there is no way to accommodate a paying tenant that request they be home when someone enters their house, all they can do is try their best. That's unfortunate
