  • Price was good, shuttle from rental car center was horrible. After taking the bus to the rental car center we had to wait another 35 (thirty five!) minutes for the Economy/Verve van to take us to their rental car office. When we called to ask why the van was so late the guy in the office told me that I had not been waiting 30 minutes, which is ridiculous because I was the one doing the waiting and I know exactly how long I waited. Employee essentially called me a liar. Shuttle driver, Ricky, was nice and I don't think the late arrival of the shuttle was his fault. The cars are old, high mileage, rather beat up and not cleaned well. Bottom line: If economy is what you are after and your time and the car's age and condition is not important to you then this car rental place will be ok for you. Personally, I never want to spend 35 minutes again waiting for a shuttle that is just a few minutes away to pick me up. Also, make sure to ask them to email the inspection walk-through video of the car to you before you leave the parking lot. The car has a 150 mile a day limit. This company also does business under the name Economy Rental Car.
