We ordered those HUGE dumplings. They were good and tasty. I think that they would be much better if they were smaller, though.
We also ordered garlic green beans as appetizers. HUGE plate of food comes out.
We were going to order a couple of items, but the waitress said "You can share one." And she was right. We ordered beef noodles and it was quite tasty.
The noodles are hand pulled and there is a window into the kitchen where you can watch. When he is not pulling noodles, he is watching the customer crowd. He seems to really enjoy that as he has a smile on his face.
The service was outstanding. Our appetizers and entree came out zippity fast! I noticed that for all the other customers that came after us that their orders came out super fast, too.
When you order, you pick what size of noodle you want in your dish. There is a picture in the menu with brief descriptions. I can't remember them all, but there were five selections from regular to thin to flat, to thick, etc. I wish the pictures were better so you could really tell better.
The prices are outrageously cheap for the quality and quantity that you get. My only beef was with the beef as it was a cheaper cut of beef. But I guess that just adds to the authenticity? :)
