  • I called Sparks when I was locked out of our house. It is a rental, and the landlord lives out of state. The door lock gradually got harder to open and the landlord would do nothing to repair it until we were locked out. I was on the other side of town and my teenager daughter was alone and it was 110 degrees out. Jim was professional yet friendly, and he under stood the sense of urgency. He reached our house just a short time after I called him. In what seemed like seconds he had opened the door and got my anxious daughter out of the heat. The door handle needed to be replaced and Jim was kind enough to call the landlord in Texas and explain everything. I have to admit that I did call another locksmith before sparks. she said the charge was $150 and that she was leaving right away. When I called her back a half hour later she still was not ready to go. At this point I told her not to bother coming. Im so glad I called Sparks because he came over right away and only charged $60. I was very impressed with his prompt service and the low fee and our lock was fixed in no time.
