  • I have done Goodlife at various locations and The Y but Hone Fitness is definitely my favourite gym. The space is bigger than it seems on the outside and there never seems to be a wait for equipment. It has everything you need to get into shape. They do obviously try to persuade new customers to sign up for personal trainers as all gyms do with a "free fitness test". It is up to you if you want to sign up or not. I decided to sign up just to add some discipline to my routine and force me to not skip out on the gym. I have been working with Colin for the past month and have notice a huge difference in my body and am starting to tone up the way I wanted to. I would strongly recommend giving this place a try. I wish the lockers were slightly bigger because with winter it is sometimes hard to push everything in but I make it work.
