  • I love this studio. I'm not an athlete, so I'm not in love with the idea of working out like some people are. I looked for a fitness studio for almost a year - went through a few of the martial arts gyms around here, yoga, StudioMixx, etc. None of them were what I needed. Finally, I found this place and it's exactly what I was looking for. The studio itself is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Never an issue with the temperature or equipment. It's family owned and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. The instructors are fantastic - they push you hard, but never make you feel inadequate. It is truly an inclusive experience for all levels. They have several different classes to choose from and the prices are very affordable.
