  • I placed an early call for a customer visiting our company. I asked for a specific pickup time and they promised the cab would be there at that specific time. They were late so I called into the company to ask how much longer. The woman who answered the phone said that I called in the wrong pickup time and that the cab would be there in 10-15 minutes. I told her I placed the call much earlier in the day to insure the cab would be here at that specific time. She then called me a liar and said it was obvious that I didn't know how to do my job. Our company will NEVER use this cab company ever again and I plan on telling everyone I know about the HORRIBLE customer service.
