| - Overpriced, poor quality products with horrible customer service. I purchased a $40 hat 2 days ago, which lasted less than 48 hours before it starting to come apart. I was denied a refund, store credit, or a simple exchange because I didn't save my receipt. Who saves grocery store receipts? This store boasts about being green, but still wastes paper printing recipes instead of emailing them, or even offering an email option. With the tag sku number/bar code and the credit card I used to buy the hat, they should easily be able to find a record of the transaction. They are selling expensive clothes and therefore need to have a more customer friendly and modern way of handling clothing returns. The worst part was the way I was treated by the clerk and then the store manager "service lead". I understand that often the clerks and even the store managers don't have much discretion with regards to store return policy but they were both pretentious, rude and dismissive. What a great combination for customer service and life in general! The manager/service lead refused to offer a solution, or apologize for the poor quality products they sell. He refused to give me a phone number of someone who may be able to help. When I told him I was unhappy with the store and his customer service and I wouldn't be shopping there anymore, he said "Cool". I'll be sure to share my experience with my friends, family and coworkers. No wonder their stock and reputation are plummeting.
