  • The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Long story short, they charged extra and hidden fees that were not disclosed, refuses to cancel a reservation far before it was even due for check in, and is equipped with rude and inconsiderate employees. This is not the way to do business. The only reason they have 2 starts is because they can potentially save u $15 dollars if u wish to go through days of hassle and wait for the pigs to fly.
