  • If you live in the East Valley go to Tampopo ramen. If you live in Central go to Noodle Bar. The Noodle Bar Chef Exec studied ramen in Japan. I've had travel to Japan multiple times, I would say its pretty delicious and quite happy to find this place. Ambiance towards modern/hip which is what I usually look for. Limited seatings and can have long waiting lines during busy hours. You may want to put reservation if you are thinking of trying this place out of Friday night. Parking may be an issue and requires some walking. It's part of living in the city :) Also you are not in the mood for ramen, get the pork fried rice. Your belly will thank you.
